Signs of abuse are obvious. Scars along his abdomen, thighs, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and rear—some new. Carved words across his chest and one across his right hip-bone. Obviously mal-nourished. Bones are fragile and some are previously broken, improperly healed. May need resetting if issues occur. Impaired English—hard to communicate at times. Favors his left side. Reason unknown. Patient seems used to being underweight—does not show the usual dizziness. Rectal scaring—possible rape victim.
Psychological help recommended.
Accidental-Suicide watch.
No medications seem to be needed—merely a diet and possible resetting of multiple bones.
