The best moment has to be when he was first able to swim on his own. He found out that he loved to be in the water, feeling the weightlessness and the gentle caress that the water put on his skin. The water was so unassuming and un-judging. Purifying. He loved how it made his mind blank, and everything else disappear, if only for a little while.
WHAT IS YOUR WORST MEMORY?
When he realized that he was alone, and it was his fault. That he had driven everyone that had been around him away, and that he had destroyed a budding career because he didn't want to have to deal with all of those people, didn't want to continue speaking in front of them all like that, to be put on film, as a little child commercial star. Everyone he 'knew' was so upset with him that he found himself in foster care, completely alone, and unwilling to open up to anyone or make friends.
TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF!
Asche is shy, talking quietly, and very used to being alone. He dislikes being told what to do, but will follow orders if it's an adult giving them. Actually he's usually going to listen no matter who tells him what to do. He never grew close to any of his foster parents, or the other kids at school. Soon enough he created his 'other half' who he dubbed his twin sister Natalia. However, people, mainly his foster parents, found this to be rather strange, so he only became her once he had left the house for the day, even going so far to give 'her' a chest upon first appearance, and possibly even a casual brush against, though 'she' panics whenever this happens, even accidentally, because he desperately does not want to get found out. It's not that he wants to be a girl, he just doesn't want to be himself anymore. He's turned his twin into an opposite of him, while still shy, shy girls who were prone to blushing were more acceptable than boys that did so. He still couldn't make friends, but that was more because of an unwillingness to be hurt than any real stigma. He uses Natalia to read the sappy romance novels that he, as a self respecting male, could never allow himself to read as Asche. He hopes to one day find those kinds of loving, passionate relationships, but never can bring himself to accomplish it due to his fear of being hated by his peers and rejected again. 'Natalia' usually wears shirts that hide 'her' lack of a real feminine figure, as well as knee length skirts and flat dress shoes, and 'her' hair will have some loose curls to give it volume as well as some barrettes, making the short style look cute even though it's not particularly feminine. Asche on the other hand wears slightly dressy shirts and khaki pants, possibly a sweater as well, and some sneakers. Asche also is trying to believe that his 'parents', the ones that gave him up, were just foster parents, and that his real parents are out there somewhere, wondering what happened to their little boy, wanting to hug him, stroke his hair, and tell him that everything was all right now. Yet, deep down, he knows that his fantasy isn't real, and that chances are his parents were still his parents, and that even though he forged most of the papers that made Natalia a 'real human being' she was still just a figment of his imagination and personality.

Asche, even as a baby, was always odd. He was blonde, with soft hair, whereas his parents had darker hair that was coarser, less manageable. His eyes were also a hazel, where his parents' had green and brown eyes. He was also a very 'bright' child, as in, when he smiled his whole face seemed to glow. This led his parents to put him into local commercials. Of course, he was still in them as he grew older, but his parents didn't seem to care that he was unhappy with it, until one day he stopped speaking, and stopped smiling, falling into his quiet withdrawn state, at a mere five years old. His parents first believed that it was just a phase, and then when it didn't fade, it was just stress. But when he grew to six years old, and still refused to look at the camera for more than a few seconds, or speak louder than a whisper, they grew angry.

They screamed and yelled, ranting at him that he was screwing everything up with his petulance. That he was ruining something that could make him, make them more money than they knew what to do with. They succeeded making him cry, and possibly started the 'fracture' in his mind that led to his creation of a twin sibling just for him. But he didn't change his behavior, so they, being wonderful parents, got rid of him. This started a series of moves that took him all around the county, being shuffled from school to school. Asche didn't make friends very easily, nor did he open up to his new foster parents. Several of them were nice enough, not abusing him, but they eventually gave him back to the agency.

At about twelve years old, Natalia started coming into full form, and his collection of things for her grew. Natalia's existence wasn't such that he believed that she was real, it was just that she was some way to escape from himself. He didn't want to think that he wasn't accepted for how he was, that he wasn't going to be loved without being exploited. So she gave him a quick respite, even though, deep down, he knew that he was only deluding himself. When this part of him was found out, he was given back with a swiftness that surprised even him, but he quickly chided himself for believing that this would have been overlooked.

The years passed and Asche stopped letting his 'secret' about his sister out in the open. He claimed that the female clothes and items were from a friend that had been very close to him, and he had never allowed any of his foster family to learn that he was really that 'friend'. Eventually he wanted some truth to the idea that Natalia was 'real' and so he started learning how to create things such as birth certificates and Social Security cards, as well as other official records. It was then that he was caught, because he got rather good at it when he took his time. Of course, this was found out by his current foster family, and he was brought to court by social services due to their inability to allow a forger to go unchecked. Thinking that he would be able to be 'fixed' they sent him to Ridgestone to receive rehabilitation. .
