It has only been two years since Addison v. Clark. The court case that literally changed the world. It gave us a revised version of what life was, and what death wasn’t. Vampirism was legal in the good ol’ U.S. of A. But there's still a movement to make them illegal again. Not everyone is happy with it as you can imagine. But the vampires have businesses, tourist attractions and yes even pay taxes!
Vampires are not the only ones who are struggling with theses new times. many shifters still live their lives in secrecy. Being a good person will not stop you from getting fired if they find out you turn furry three nights out of the month. We are the things that horror movies are made of. Governed by our own set of laws to protect us from you and you from us. The world has changed but many people refuse to change with it.
Just remember, Sooner or later... EVERYTHING CHANGES .......
