Finding out there was a greenhouse on the grounds was like telling Lina there was actually a God. She had to see it for herself. She had mostly, been living in warm states her entire life. Spent a few years in Texas, Florida, Arizona... minus the stint in New York. Here in the land of snow, where you can apparently see Russia from your window according to idiots, Lina was dying. It was too cold. WAY too cold, and she disliked wearing layers. The more layers meant less of her figure and body could be shown.
However, the thought of being some where warm in the blasted part of America was interesting enough to perk her interest. The red head had made her way there as quickly as possible. Besides, flowers and what not were pretty enough to look at and generally smelled nice. The red head removed the warm bundling jacket from her figure quickly and tossed it to the side of the door. It sounded like no one was in here, but she could be wrong. Not that it changed how she would act.
Lina was dressed as she always was, even despite the temp outside. She wore a skirt that day; a mini-skirt to boot. Made out of leather, her favorite material. Animals had died to make her hot clothing! And her burgers. But that was a different story. She wore a long sleeved, low cut blouse that was deep blue in color. Her hair was curled as always, and pulled over one shoulder. A simple silver belt was around her waist, and she wore knee high black leather boots. Simple and not at all sweet.
Her fingers twitched as she looked around the green house. Of course the first thing she realized was the warmth. It was the nicest thing thus far about Alaska. It felt normal, and wonderful. A big smile broke out on her glossed lips and her bright green eyes danced. Maybe this would become her new hang out spot, for the sole reason that she was warm. Her boots were high heels, and they clicked on the ground as she walked deeper into the greenhouse. This was nice, calming, and going to be boring soon unless she found someone to play with. The question of course was...
"IS ANYONE IN HERE?"

Every single day, Sterling went out for a run and somehow always ended up in the garden. Or at least ended up passing through it. But usually, by the time he saw the snowy flower beds, he stopped his run and stuck around to watch and cool down his body to a better temperature. The boy preferred the cold temperatures over something that was warm. He was born and raised in Paradise. Which you would never think would be far up north in the freezing cold where, if you step into the water, you near instantly received frostbite. Sterling was raised with the cold of Newfoundland. He had no problem with facing the weathers that Alaska brought him. It just felt a lot like home.
The heat of the exercise was too much for Sterling. He'd already been caught and thrown into trouble once by a teacher for stripping outside in the snow. It hadn't even been the stripping he had been in trouble for, it was the fact that he was doing so in the freezing cold where he could get sick and die. That why he had slipped into the greenhouse, where it was much warmer and the flowers could actually bloom. If it was warm enough in there for the flowers, it should have been enough for the boy. Which is why he had slipped in through the door and peered around, having not seen anyone. Not that company would have been a problem. It just would have made cooling down a little more difficult.
The black snow jacket that Sterling had been wearing was stripped from his body and tossed to the side, not seeming to care at all where it landed. Beneath that jacket was a navy zip up hoodie, which was quickly removed to be dropped beside the jacket. Already, he could feel his body cooling down. It was really warm in here, but he might get yelled at again if he were doing this outside. The words that had, with a knife, been written all along his arms a week or two ago had faded thankfully, which was the reason he dared to pull off the final layer, the white muscle shirt, and reveal his bare, tanned skin. There was a deep sigh from Sterling's lips, flinging his shirt to the side as he dropped to seat himself on the ground of the greenhouse. He felt exhausted, having run for longer than he had been for the past few days. It felt good, but tiring. He wiped the back of his hand across his brow, before he froze in that exact spot, every muscle in his body tensing as he heard a voice and went on alert. "... Hello?" Ster called back, his gaze fixed on the floor and putting more effort into hearing the voice than seeing who it might be.

"... Hello?"
Someone responded, and it was a male from the sound of it. She was lost somewhere among some sunflowers and daisies. A cheery sort of corner of this green house thing. Lina instantly bit into her bottom lip and had a few options run through her mind quickly. She knew that the person in here was male. They didn't ask who was in here, or what she was doing here, merely said hello. It probably wasn't a teacher or someone in authority. They couldn't see her, and she couldn't see them. Since she was new, she had only met one person on campus thus far. Dustin. However, that bloke had an accent. This one did not. So, to just come out in the open or to play a sort of game.
To come out into the open would put them instantly on equal terms. But to sort of play hide and seek... well, that would be different. A grin spread across her lips and those bright green eyes danced. It'd suck if he was ugly. But if he was at least mildly attractive it might be decent enough when they sort of found each other. The green house was pretty big.
" Why don't you come and find me, stranger?"
There was a tease in her voice that could be heard instantly. The tease would be easy enough to lure most in, as long as the guy wasn't gay. Gay guys really weren't as fun for Lina. They didn't react the way they should, at least in her mind. But then again, Lina considered herself God's (if she honestly believed in him) gift to men. They should kiss the ground she walked on... or at least her body. That probably worked better than the ground, and tasted better too.
He didn't know what she looked like, all he knew is what she knew. The sound of the other person's voice. Hers was lower than an average teenaged female. Sultry and confident. Maybe he thought she was expecting someone. Even if stranger was tacked on the end. You typically didn't ask someone you didn't know to find you like this. And you most certainly didn't offer what she did next.
"If you do, I promise you'll get a prize."

Well, it was obviously a female, which rather shocked Sterling. There never seemed to be enough girls in this school and he never got to speak with any of them. This girl didn't even need him to ask her to find him. The fact that there was a female around that was acknowledging his existence was all he needed to pull himself onto his feet and begin the search. But he didn't know what he was looking for. A female. One that he expected to be beautiful because he had not seen one ugly girl since he'd arrived here. Which, in Sterling's head, meant that no criminal chick could ever be ugly. It was probably against the law for ugly chicks to break the law.
"What's my prize? Gotta make sure the search is worth it," Sterling called out, crossing his arms over his bare chest as he glanced around each area of flowers and pants, trying to locate this girl. But the greenhouse was bigger than Sterling thought it had been. Whoever did the gardening around here really enjoyed their job. "Something exciting, I presume. Don't tell me it's gonna be a kiss from the princess. Just a kiss from you isn't gonna be enough, girly. What are you offering?"
The boy dropped his arms from his chest, stopping in his tracks and slipping his hands into his jean pockets instead. Ster peered around from where he was stationed, looking for any hint toward the girl's location. Why was he doing the chasing? Why wasn't he making this girl come for him? So he ran fingers through his hair and let out a deep sigh, wondering if she would make the mistake of escaping to him which, with him not movie, could always in her running right into him. You always let the prey come to you and ambush it from a higher ground. But there wasn't so much you could call 'higher ground' in a greenhouse.

"What's my prize? Gotta make sure the search is worth it,"
She stayed where she was for the moment. Lina did not chase unless the mood suited her. For now, it did not. In five minutes, that might change. She grinned, and plucked a daisy from it's natural habitat. This male sounded interesting to say the least. At least he wasn't blinding following a female voice around like an idiot.
"Something exciting, I presume. Don't tell me it's gonna be a kiss from the princess. Just a kiss from you isn't gonna be enough, girly. What are you offering?"
Ohohohoh. She laughed out loud, highly amused by this male already. Pale fingers moved and plucked a few petals from the poor, abused flower. It's last moments of life would be lived in torture.
"Ah, princess? I'm no princess darling. They don't like to get their fingers dirty, and I do. As for your prize, well to be honest it depends on your looks. If you're attractive enough, you just may get something more. If not though, sorry, you might not even get a decent kiss. Just a pat on the ass for being a good boy."
She was honest, and blunt. And rather hopeful. Hopeful that he was at least attractive enough for a good kiss. A smirk appeared on her lips again, and she ripped off the rest of the petals. Time to play a little more serious. She moved away from her corner, still staying as close to the wall as possible. Could she catch a look without him noticing? Maybe if she ducked in with some of the plants? Her high heels clicked and Lina stopped. High heels were not going to help here....
Without a second thought on the notion, the red head bent over and quickly unzipped both boots to leave them on the ground in the middle of an aisle. As to what he could possibly think the unzipping noises were... well that was up to him. Maybe it would tease him just a bit more. But now she was barefoot.. and quiet a bit shorter.
"You're not moving. Giving up already handsome?"
She continued to move with her feet barely making any noises on the ground. The red head wasn't wearing any jewelry to clink around. Just a belt that was tightened enough to not make any noises. If he followed her voice, he'd find those high heeled knee boots on the ground where she had been. Ah, this game was beginning to get fun. She was honestly trying to keep away from him for now. Would he catch her?

Sterling didn't need to be told about how princesses did and didn't ask. Clearly, this chick wasn't very updated on the ways of a princess. They aren't all pretty, proper and innocent. The best kind of princess is the one who can get down and dirty and isn't afraid to face the worst. As long as she's a girl, she can be a princess. Though there was a boy in the school who proved that fact wrong. That boy who had once been Sterling's princess. This girl could be the real princess and Sterling could keep on being the knight who could drag this girl away on a horse or something really corny like that. "Well, m'lady..." Ster trails off and looks down to his bare chest, eying it with a light smile. He knew he shouldn't get full of himself. "I hope you're not too disappointed when you see me."
Freezing at the words, Sterling pursed his lips, just a little annoyed when he was being accused of giving up. He did not give up unless he thought whatever he was doing was pointless anyways. This search might have a good point. He believed others when he said he didn't look bad. So he believed he could get a few kisses out of this girl if he could just figure out where she was. "Never. Why would you suggest such a thing? I am just figuring some things out," Ster explained, though that wasn't all truthful. It seemed that his hopes that she'd come to him in the end were pointless. He'd have to keep searching if he wanted to get anywhere with this.
Sterling still wore his shoes, but he tried to keep every step as quiet as possible. He wouldn't want her to overhear him and then run so she wouldn't be found. That would basically be cheating, or close enough to it. He kept his pace slow, searching and pushing away plants to see if the girl was hiding. He spotted the high heels and eyed the a moment, but he didn't even walk toward them. If she wasn't wearing shoes, that meant she could be lurking around just about anywhere and he wouldn't hear her. He groaned a little and rubbed at the back of his neck, eyes narrowed as he quickly turned his gaze around. Where the hell was she?

Cat and mouse could only go so far. There was an edge to his voice, and Lina kept wanting to turn around and confront him. She twitched her fingers slightly and looked around. The problem with green houses was the lights. There wasn't too many shadows to hide in. Frustrating; but none the less reality.
Lina sped up suddenly, dancing around a few aisles and trying to circle around. The red head was trying to get a glance at him without giving herself away. This was going to be a hard task with no shadows to freaking hide in.
"Damn..."
She was just going to have to chance it. He'd probably see her, but maybe that would work to her advantage. Taking a deep breath she moved a few aisles over until she was standing directly in front of the male that was chasing her. Not within arm's reach in the least, but at least they could see each other.
A smirk was on her glossed lips, bright green eyes staring directly at the taller male. There was a sudden, pleasant twist in her stomach. One you got when you saw someone you found attractive. He was tanned, but not orange (thank god, ew Jersey Shores), with a nice build. Eyes that stood out, a mouth that looked like it knew how to kiss, and hair a girl could grab. All good points.
"Well... I guess I was right to call you handsome. Guess you qualify for a greater prize. Tell me, am I worth the chase I'm about to put you through?"
Her eyebrow quirked, bright eyes dancing. He was even shirtless already! And she was continuously running her eyes over that portion of his body and appreciating that fact. Lina licked her lips and grinned in almost a predatory manner. Oh, this chase was not over in the least. In fact she took several steps backward, almost vanishing from view behind a corner. Now they both knew what the other looked like. Now he knew his prize was in fact, not a kiss. If he could win, it could be so much more. But Lina wasn't the sort to just hand prizes away. They had to be earned.
